Tahini-Free Hummus

Ingredients
1 can chickpeas, 1 tbsp liquid reservedpinch salt1 tbsp sesame oil1 tsp cumin1/2 tsp paprika1 clove garlic, smashed and peeledabout 1/2 lemon's juice (appx 1 tbsp)
Directions
Puree all ingredients until smooth in food processor. Serve with carrots or your favorite pita chips!

Keeps in fridge up to about 1 week.

Serving size should be about 3 tbsp.
