Sugar Free Cream Cheese Cookies

1 stick butter, salted3 oz neufchatel cheese (light cream cheese)1 cup flour1 cup Splenda, granulated
Leave butter and cheese out to come to room temperature.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees, cover cookie sheets with parchment paper.
Cream together butter and cheese in a bowl. You can use a mixer, or just a fork. Add flour and Splenda and mix into butter/cheese mixture. seperate dough in half and make 12 small balls of dough out of each half. Roll dough balls in the palm of your hands until smooth. flatten between palms and fingers. Place rounds on cookie sheets and bake for 10 - 15 minutes. When done cookies should have a nice golden color.
