1 can (16 oz) fat free refried beans1 Tbsp taco seasoning mix, low sodium1 cup light sour cream1 cup salsa1 cup shredded lettuce1 cup Mexican style shredded cheese1/4 c green onions, chopped1/4 c cilantro2 Tbsp sliced pitted ripe olives
Mix beans and taco seasoning mix. Spread on the bottom of a 9-inch pie pan. Layer remaining ingrediants over bean mixture; cover. Refrigerate for several hours or until chilled. Serve with tortilla chips or assorted crackers. Makes 48 servings of about 2 Tbsp. each.
