Ingredients
Whole grain penne pasta (or cut of pasta)Lightlife Smart Ground Veggie Crumbles Del Monte Petite Cut tomatoes Garlic & Oliveoil1 Tsp Italian Seasoning(optional)2 tsp Fresh Garlic or dash of powder (optional)
Directions
Bring about 10 cups of water to boil. Then take 12 oz box of Whole gain penne pasta and cook. while cooking in a sautee pan spray pam, olive oil or whatever you like so food wont stick to pan. Add garlic to pan and let simmer for a few then add 1 box lightlife smart ground crumbles. Crumbles are cooked so they only need to heat up. Put in Italian seasoning as crumbles are warming. Last put in 1 can Del Monte Petite cut tomatoes garlic and olive oil flavored. Drain pasta and combine. This makes 6 one cup servings. Goes great with a nice fresh salad with some ort of vinagarette dressing.
