Green Beans & Fresh Tomatoes

Ingredients
2 sprays olive oil cooking spray2 cup green snap beans, trimmed1cup grape tomatoes, or cherry tomatoes, cut in half (or quartered, if large)1/2 Tbls. Balsamic Vinegar2 Tbls. basil, fresh, cut into ribbons, divided1 tsp minced garlic, or less to tastesalt and pepper to taste
Directions
1. Spray preheated pan over medium heat.
2. Add snap peas and saute until lightly golden brown.
3. Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix tomatoes, vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper.
4. When beans are browned, add tomatoes and mix until warm. Serve warm or chilled.

Can add feta or mozzarella if desired.
