Vegetable Pizza

Ingredients
CRUST1.5 cup Whole Wheat Flour 1.5 tsp Dry Yeast1.5 tsp Brown Sugar1 Dash of Salt1/2 cup waterSAUCE2 Tbsp. Water1/2 cup Ketchup1/2 Spagetthi Sauce2 tsp Ground Oregano1/4 cup onion (chopped)3 cloves garlic (diced)TOPPING1/2 cup Sweet Pepper2 cups Cabbage ( Chopped)1 cup Pak-Choi (shredded )1 cup Carrot (stripes)4 ozs. White Cheese (shredded)
Directions
Dissolve yeast in water and add sugar.
add salt to flour and knead with yeast mixture.
Allow dough to rise, then punch down. Allow to rise again. spread on buscuit tin.

while dough is left to rise combine all the ingredients for sauce and bring to boil. Allow to cool.

Pre-cook all the vegetables for topping.

Spread sauce all over the dough.
Add vegetable, the sprinkle cheese over it.

Bake at 240 degrees for 1 hour or until firm.
