Island Pork Chops

Ingredients
1 can (8oz) pineapple chunks1 T cornstarch2/3 cup chili sauce1 T brown sugar1/8 t ground cinnamon4 boneless pork chops1 t canola oil
Directions
Drain pineapple, reserving juice. In medium bowl, blend juice with cornstarch; stir in pineapple, chili saice, sugar and cinnamon and set aside. In large skillet, lightly brown pork chops in oil, drain excess fat. Pour pineapple mixture over pork. Cover; simmer 10 minutes or until pork is cooked. Serve pork and sauce with couscous or rice.
