Easy Summer Squash Casserole

Ingredients
4 cups sliced summer squash1 cup sliced onions1/2 cup sliced green peppers2 TBS chicken brothsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Combine all ingredients and put in a microwave casserole dish. Cook 15 minutes, turning every 5 minutes and check for doneness after 10 minutes. Let set for 10 minutes and then serve.

    very good. I just doubled the recipe for our family and added pimentos and rotel to the mix, sprinkled bread crumbs on top and parmesan cheese. Very good and with fat free sour cream as a side, it was even - 6/8/10
