Pepperoni Pasta Salad

Ingredients
2 cups raw Wheat spiral pasta1 Cup Cheddar Cheese1 Cucumber1/2 Yellow Pepper1/4 Cup Sun Dried Tomatoes1 pkg light Turkey PepperoniShredded Parmesan1/4 Cup Newman's Own Light Italian Dressing
Directions
Cook pasta. Cut up all other ingredients and combine in a large bowl. Drain pasta and rinse with cold water. Drain again and add to bowl with all other ingredients. Toss until well mixed. Refrigerate for 1 hour and serve cold.

    Great summer salad! I added lots of other veggies (onions, mushrooms, broccoli florets, carrot shreds) substituted cherry tomatoes for the sundried, and halved the amount of cheeses. Travels great! - 3/19/09
