Greek Yogurt and Fruit with Bread and Olive OIl

2 tbsp Greek 2% yogurt (try the Voskos brand)1/3 c. blueberries1/2 small banana*Or what ever kind of fruit you choose1 medium slice of 9, or whole, grain bread1 tsp olive oil
Place the yogurt in a bowl, and add the blueberries and banana on top.
Toast the bread, and spread the olive oil on it (in lieu of butter or spread).
*While the olive oil is not as low in fat as, say, a margarine spread, its' fat content is mostly good fats known to lower cholesterol.
