Ingredients
Chickpea flour, 1 cup *Whole Wheat Flour, 3 cup *Canola Oil, 0.66 cup Brown Sugar, 1 cup, packed Clerified Butter(Ghee), 1 cup Cardamom, ground, 1 tsp Nutmeg, ground, 0.5 tsp Cashew Nuts, dry roasted, 0.5 cup, halves and Raisins, 1 small box (1.5 oz)
Directions
First make dough from chickpea flour, oil and whole wheat flour If your whole wheat flour is really smooth then take 2 cup wholewheat flour and 1 cup cream of wheat(Sooji) and make dough. Oil the baking pan and spread dough in bakig pan bake on 350 f in oven for 30 min untill top is golden and toothpick comes clean. Let it cool and then crumble and put in processor and make powder. Now add cardamom, nutmeg,cashew and raisins in it and on top add drown sugar(powdered) then heat ghee and add that on top. mix every thing and make 16 small balls.

    This is very good, I added 2 eggs and a little mlik and baked them for a second time for 15 min and they turded out great ! - 9/17/08
