3/4 cup egg substitue1 cup unsweetened applesauce2 cups Splenda2 cups shredded zucchini1 TBSP vanilla extract1 TSP baking soda1 TBSP pumpkin pie spice1 TSP salt3 cups flour
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix ingredients in order in a bowl. Bake in 1 greased large loaf pan or 2 smaller ones. Makes about 10 slices in large loaf pan and about 16 between the two smaller loaf pans.
