1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix1 can corn, drained1 can creamed corn1 egg3/4 cup sour cream (recipe has regular, not light)
Spray cassarole dish with Pam.
Mix corn muffin mix, corn, creamed corn, egg, and sour cream together until well blended.
Pour into prepared dish and bake at 350 for about 25 mintues or until center doesn't jiggle and edges are browned and firm.
Cool slightly. Cut into 10 pieces.
