Spicy Chicken

4 chicken breasts (boneless, skinless, trimmed)1lb blackeye peas cooked and drained1 16oz jar salsa verde (herdez)2cups ripe cherry tomatoes halved1cup frozen corn kernels2Tbs Chili Powder1cup fat free sour cream
Mix all ingredients minus sour cream in the slow cooker. Cook at 200 degrees all day or for at least 5 hours. Add sour cream befor serving.
I like to shred the chicken once it's in my bowl to make for a very hearty stew or tortilla stuffing.
