Apple Cider Chicken

Ingredients
*1 lb. Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast*12 oz. Apple Cider*Salt and Pepper to taste (Recipe calls for tsp. of each)
Directions
*Rinse chicken and cut off any excess fat.
*Place chicken in re-sealable plastic bag.
*Pour in 8 oz. Apple Cider and let soak for about 1-2 hours in refridgerator.
*Place chicken on grill (or pan) and coat chicken with remaining Apple Cider on both sides.
*Add salt and pepper when chicken is fully cooked.
*Enjoy!
