Fish-Rachael's Tilapia with Balsamic Browned Butter

4 (6 oz.) tilapia fillets1/2 cup white flour2 tbs. Extra Virgin Olive Oil4 tbs. Balsmic Vinegar3 tbs. buttersalt & pepper to taste
Season the fish with salt and pepper. Dust fish with flour and shake off excess. Heat 2 tbs. extra-virgin olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Cook fish 4 minutes on each side. Remove fish from skillet to a platter and cover loosely with foil to keep warm. Reduce heat to medium and add butter to pan. Brown butter, 2 to 3 minutes, stir in balsamic vinegar and simmer 1 to 2 minutes to reduce by half. Pour the brown butter and vinegar over fish.
