Lion House Chicken

Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 8 breast, bone and skin removedStove Top Stuffing Mix, 10 serving (makes 1/2 cup prepared) Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Celery, raw, 3 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slicesButter, salted, 1 cup Sage, ground, 1 tbsp Chicken Broth, 3 cup (8 fl oz)
Directions
Saute onion and celery and mushrooms in butter until cooked to completion. Add sage and chicken stock then toss together, adding only enough liquid to make it soft, not soggy. Divide into 16 equal parts.
POund each breast out to 1 inch flatness, and put stuffing onto the center and roll, place on cookie sheet, secure with toothpick if need be. bake at 350 for 20 to 30 minutes until chicken is cooked thoroughly. Then broild got 5 minutes to finish browning.
