10 eggs 120 ml whipped light dressing ( pc)1 tsp chopped fresh chivesdash of salt
Directions
Boil 10 eggs( for 10 min), crack ,rinse and peel
chop
add Mayo and chives
mix, use icecream scoop to measure out one scoop ,
can be used as filling for sandwhiches or on a bed of greens as a salad
