Ingredients
1 packet of sinigang seasoning4 oz of pork,beef, chicken or shrimp 8 cups of water or until meat is covered1 medium onion sliced2 cups of bok choy cut in 1/3s4 table spoon of fish sauce or salt to taste
Directions
put the meat in a large pan and add water, just enough to cover it. let it boit to desired tenderness. add the onions. when the onions are transparent add the rest of the ingredients and stir so that the bok choy is under the liquid. boil for another 2-5 minutes or until the bok choy is at desired tender ness..
