Fennel & Radish Salad

Ingredients
1 bulb of fennel10 red radishes2 T olive oiljuice of 1 lemonsalt & pepper to taste
Directions
- Thinly slice one bulb of fennel (remove tops)
- Thinly slice 10 radishes
- Combine in bowl
- Add olive oil, lemon, salt & pepper to taste
- Toss
- Refrigerate 15-30 minutes
- Makes four 2-ounce servings.
