Dell's Lima bean succotash

Ingredients
* Peppers, sweet, red, raw, chopped 2 cups * Sweet Corn off the cob, Fresh, 2 cups * Lima Beans, 2 cups cooked *Cut Green Beans, 2 cups * Olive Oil, 1 tbsp * Onions, raw, 2 cups chopped * minced Garlic, 3 cloves * Water, tap, 1/2 cup * Thyme, ground, 1 tsp * Oregano, ground, 1/2 tsp * Pepper, black, .1/2 tsp
Directions
1. Cook Lima beans for about 1/2 hour in 2 qt. of water.
2. Add oil to 3 qt skillet over medium heat saute onions& garlic until soft.
3. Add red peppers, corn, green beans and cook for 5 minutes.
4. Add Lima beans, water,thyme,oregano,salt, pepper and cook for 10 more minutes.

serve warm.
