Vegan Baked Ziti

Ingredients
1/2 Lb. Whole Wheat Ziti or Rigatoni1/2 Pkg. Toffutti Better than Cream Cheese2 C. Organic Pasta Sauce4 Serving Follow Your Heart Vegan Mozzerella Cheese1 1/2 C. Morningstar Grillers Recipe Crumbles4 tsp. Nutritional Yeast
Directions
Boil pasta according to directions, strain and do not rinse.
While pasta is boiling mix cream cheese, sauce and nutritional yeast together in bowl (i left a few small chunks of cream cheese to immitate riccotta)
In a casserole dish combine Morningstar Crumbles and hot pasta.
Add sauce and top with grated Mozzerella and salt and pepper to taste.. I also added a little crushed red pepper..

Bake covered at 350 for 30 minutes
uncover and place under broiler until cheese melts.

    We will definitely make this one again. We made slight modifications to reduce fat, but the flavor was delicious. - 1/19/09

    We really enjoyed this. I used Teese Cheese Mozarella instead of Follow Your Heart and reduced the calories by 20 and the fat by 2.25 grams. - 1/16/09
