Red Potato, 1500 grams (2 1/2 pds) College Inn Chicken Broth - 99% Fat Free, 3 cup Breakstone Fat Free Sour Cream, 4 tbsp Cream Cheese, 1 tbsp Fat free half and half, 5 tbsp
Cut up potatoes and boil them in 2 1/2 Cups of Chicken broth.
Drain.
Add sour cream, cream cheese, and half & half Cream to potatoes and mash them. (using a mixer will be easier
Optional - Add the remaining 1/2 Cup of chicken broth to potatoes to thin them out
Season with Salt and Pepper.
