2 cup plain yogurt1/2 cup whole milk1/4 cup splenda12 oz. fresh raspberries, puréed and strained to remove seeds.
makes about eight 1/2 cup servings
Combine yogurt, milk and splenda in mixing bowl. With mixer on low speed, add puréed berries( I don't bother with straining the berries if it's not for company) and mix until combined. Pour into ice cream maker until thickened, about 25-30 minutes.

it sounds good, but there is virtually no yogurt anywhere i can find that doesnt have sugar in it. So the sugar content would be higher than that. check the label and see how much sugar is in it. If somehow you have yogurt that doesnt have sugar in it, PLEASE I BEG OF YOU to tell me the name! - 12/30/10
