Ingredients
1- 6 oz light yogurt 1 cup frozen blueberries or mixed berries1 teaspoon splenda (or to taste if you like it extra sweet)2 ounces juice (I often use apple juice because we always have it in our house!!)
Directions
Mix all ingredients in blender and blend to desired consistency. I normally add juice until the smoothie is of desired consistency.

    Please watch the splenda intake. It has been investigated to cause different types of cancer in people. Try a different sugar substitue instead. - 9/16/08
