Crockpot Stroganoff

Ingredients
1 (+) pound beef stew meat1 can cream of mushroom soup (reduced fat)1 env. dry onion soup mix1 c. sour cream (light)Hot cooked egg noodles
Directions
Place onion soup mix into a large ziploc bag. Add stew meat and close bag. Shake until meat is coated. Place meat in crockpot and cover with mushroom soup. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. Before serving stir in sour cream. Serve over cooked egg noodles. 8 servings.
