1 lb. extra lean ground beef2 14.5 oz cans of Hunt's Petite Diced Tomatoes2 cups frozen green beans1.5 cups frozen speckled butter beanshalf of a large yellow onion chopped2 heaping tbs minced garlic.5 cup couscousItalian seasoning to taste.5 tsp. chilli powder64 oz water
Boil lean ground beef, garlic, seasonings and onion in a large stock pot. When meat is cooked add the rest of the ingredient except the couscous. Cook on slow boil for 1.5 hours. Add couscous and cook for 30 more minutes.
