Lite Hollandaise Sauce

Ingredients
2 Tbsp Light Margarine2 Tbsp Wheat Flour1 tsp Garlic PowderDash Salt1/4 tsp Tumeric1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper1 1/2 Cup Milk, 1%1 Egg Yolk
Directions
Mix together dry ingredients. Melt Margarine in suace pan. Add Flour mixture and mix well. Allow to cook as it is stirred. While continueing to stir, add milk. Continue to stir while cooking until thickened. Remove from heat. Beat egg yolk. Slowly, while mixing rapidly, add thickened gravy to yolk. Serve over eggs, meat, etc.
