Very tasty. However, I did mix fat free sour cream with reduced fat ricotta. I also added 1tsp roasted garlic and 1 chopped onion. Delicious. Thanks! - 4/11/10

This is WONDERFUL! I loved the flavor combinations...I used f.f. sourcream and 2 % cheese.

This was delicious. I didn't have any sour cream so I substituted plain nonfat yogurt Greek style and cottage cheese to equal 2 cups. I used a 16 ounce bag of organic spinach. With the rest of the ingredients as is, it turned out wonderful. I will definitely save and make this recipe again. - 9/2/16

I love this recipe. I make it all the time, and it's a quick mini meal on the go if you spoon the casserole into individual serving dishes. I also use 1 cup lowfat sour cream, 1 cup lowfat ricotta, and lowfat cheese to cut the calories even more. - 1/4/13

Yummy! I also lightened this up with fat free sour cream and 2% cheddar and mozzarella. A keeper! - 12/29/09

excellent! Needed a little thickener of some kind. I'm not sure what though, maybe some Ricotta cheese? Half cheese, half sour cream? It got lots of raves though!! - 12/14/08

Although I prefer to cook vegan, I still have a love for all things casserole! I will make this with tofutti sour cream substitute and either vegan cheddar or real lo-fat cheddar to cut calories and fat. - 12/2/08

This was one of the easiest recipes I've ever made! And it tasted AMAZING!! I also served it with corn chips on the side, cause it works great as a dip too! I will definitely be making this again, thank you! - 10/24/08

Really good! My husband who despises veggies even loved it! Reminded him of spinach dip. I added whole wheat pasta into my recipe, simply because I was short on spinach-but it came out great! Thanks so much. - 9/22/08
