    I like the list, but how much? "Handful cooks" drive me crazy! When you share a recipe, we can't read what's in your mind. You have to measure things and write out specific directions. Aargh. - 7/15/10

    Ok, I don't know how to edit the recipe so here are the amounts.
    Refried beans 1 can (small)
    sour cream 1 cup
    salsa 1/4 cup or enough to cover the beans
    tomato, gr. onions, and cheese, enough of each to cover the dish on top.
    Avocado 1 ripe smashed and blend in one small can of gr chilies.
