Quick Five Spice Chicken Stirfry

Ingredients
Boneless, skinless chicken breast, 1 largeOlive Oil, 2 1tspCabbage, fresh, 1 cup, choppedCarrots, raw, 1 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) Celery, raw, 2 stalk, small (5" long)Red bell pepper, 1/4 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2"Asparagus, fresh, 5 spear, small (5" long or less)Onions, raw, .5 small*Soy Sauce, 1.5 tbspGarlic, .5 tspGinger, 1 inch piece finely gratedChinese Five Spice, 1 tsp
Directions
Chop onion into small dice. Chop garlic finely. Chop all remaining vegetables.

Cut chicken breast into bite-sized cubes. Add ginger, 2 tsp soy sauce and 1/2 - 3/4 tsp of Chinese Five Spice to the chicken and stir to season the chicken.

Mix 2 tsp soy sauce, the rest of the Chinese Five Spice, 1 tsp Arrowroot powder, and 1/4 cup of water and set to the side.

Heat a wok or large saute pan with 1 tsp olive oil. Add chicken and cook until almost cooked through. Remove chicken to a bowl. Add 1 more tsp olive oil to the pan and add onion. Saute for 1 - 2 minutes. Add all remaining vegetables and stirfry for about 3 minutes. Add the garlic and stir through the vegetables. Add the chicken to the vegetables and stirfry for about 2 more minutes. Add the arrowroot mixture and cook until the sauce is thick - approx 1 min.
