1 med apple cored and sliced into thin wedges1/4 cup oat meal1 tsp margarine1/4 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp splenda

put apple into a glass microwave safe bowl . melt butter add remaining ingredients spoon on top of apples microwave for about 2 min. let stand for 1 min..

    I make this all the time, except I substitute 1 cinnamon graham cracker. I process it in to crumbs in my Magc bullet blender and sprrinkle it on top. Then I add sugar free or fat free cool whip! Its heaven!! - 3/31/07

    It certainly doesnt taste like the baked apple crisp, but it is pretty tasty and the kids loved it. I will make this again when I need to use up apples that are too soft to eat raw. - 3/27/08
