Strawberry Shake

Ingredients
Strawberries, fresh, 170 grams (remove)Milk, nonfat, 1 cup (remove)*Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, 6 tsp (remove)One cup ice
Directions
Put strawberries in blender, add milk and Splenda. Blend until smooth and gradually add ice until well blended.

Makes one really big serving!! (About 20 ounces)
