Smoked Mackerel Pate

Ingredients
Pepper2 fillets smoked peppered mackerel225g cream cheeseJuice of ½ lemonSaltToast or French bread to serve
Directions
Remove the skin from the mackerel fillets. Place in a food processor with the cream cheese and lemon juice. Process into a smooth pâté.
Taste and season according to taste - you may feel, for example, that you want to add more lemon - then place in the refrigerator to firm up.
Serve with toast or French bread.
