Loaded Granola Bars

1/2 cup margarine1/4 cup packed brown sugar1/3 cup honey1 tsp vanilla2 cups rolled oats1/4 cup ground flax seeds1 tsp cinnamon1/3 cup each mini chocolate chips, dried cranberries and unsalted pumpkin seeds**Mix and match with your family's favorite dried fruits and treats to measure 1 cup.
Preheat oven to 300F. Line an 8-inch square pan with foil and lightly grease with margarine; set aside.
In a large bowl, cream together the margarine and brown sugar. Stir in the honey and vanilla, then add the remaining ingredients and combine well. Transfer mixture to the pan and firmly press the mixture down into an even layer. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes or until golden and firm to the touch. Let cool completely, remove from the pan and cut into 16 squares.
