Lecso (Lecho) - Hungarian

Ingredients
2 tbsp Corn Oil6 oz Polska Kielbasa sliced into coins1 Onion, sliced1 large Yellow Peppers (bell peppers)1 large Red Peppers (bell peppers)4 tbsp Paprika2 cup White Rice
Directions
Heat 2 tblsp of corn oil in large skillet.
Add sliced onion and bell peppers, saute until onion is glassy
Add kielbasa and brown
Mix in the paprika
At 2 cups of white rice
Cover the whole thing with wter to about 1 inch above rice, boil until water is boiled away and rice is cooked.
Serves 6.
