Tangy Salad Dressing

Ingredients
1 medium cucumber, peeled and cut into chunks3/4 cup non-fat yogurt1/2 cup non-fat cottage cheeseA few dashes tabasco sauce (to taste)Favorite herbs and spices (to taste)
Directions
Peal cucumbers and cut into chunks. Puree in blender.
Add cottage cheese, yogurt, tabasco, and favorite herbs and spices (I usually add some Mrs Dash and onion powder) and blend until smooth.

Makes about 2 1/2 cups or 20 servings (2 tbsp each).
