"Fried Cheddar Cheese Sticks (NOT!)

Ingredients
For Cheese:1 Jar Raw Tahini (no salt added)1/2 C. Fresh Lemon Juice1/2 C. Sundried Tomatoes (soaked) ** if you use the kind that are marinated in olive oil, you don't have to soak them4 TBS Flax Seed Meal3 TBS Olive Oil (unless your sundried tomatoes are already in oil.)3 TBS Ground Mustard1/4 C. Water (or just enough to help everything to blend smoothly. You don't want to add too much water as you want the cheese to be as firm as possible1/2 TBS Celtic Sea Salt (to taste. If your sundried tomatoes are already salted, forego adding more salt)Add any of your favorite fresh herbs i.e. basil, oregano, etcFor Breading:1/2 C. Flax Seed Meal1/2 TBS of Celtic Sea Salt2 TBS Ground MustardAny other dried herbs you may like
Directions
Mix all of the cheese ingredients in a food processor until blended smoothly.

Take little bits of the cheese mixture and make stick shapes (a la fried cheese sticks) about three inches long, 1/2 inch wide, etc.

Roll each stick in the breading mixture and place all breaded sticks in a dish. Chill uncovered for about an hour. Keep them covered in the refrigerator afterwards if you plan to keep them longer than a day.

* You can also form into one large chees ball and roll into the breading mixture for entertaining
