Chicken Breast, no skin, 3 breast, bone and skin removed, cubedMushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices Peas, frozen, 1 cup Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped Green Beans (snap), 2 cup Milk, 2%, 1 cup Corn Starch, 0.062 cup Salt, 1 tsp Pepper, black, 2 tsp *Heart Smart Bisquick (mix only), 0.33 cup Sour Cream, 2 tbsp Milk, 2%, .5 cup Butter, unsalted, 2 tbsp Garlic powderOregano, parsley, basil to tasteonion, chopped
In small sauce pan combine butter, 1 c milk, garlic, oregano, basil and cornstarch over medium heat. Stir constantly until thickened. In skillet sprayed with pan spray, saute chicken. Combine salt, pepper, veggies, mushroom, chicken, onion and white sauce in glass baking dish. Cover and bake at 350 for 40 minutes. In medium size bowl combine 1/2 c milk, sour cream and bisquick. Top chicken mixture with bisquick mixture and return to oven, uncovered, for ten minutes or until bisquick is light brown.
