Low Fat, Low Calorie Vegan Banana Bread

Ingredients
1/4 cup brown sugar1/4 cup Splenda1/2 cup applesauce3 ripe bananas, mashed2 cups flour1/2 t baking soda1/4 cup soy yogurt1t cinnamon1t vanilla1/4t allspice1/2t salt
Directions
Makes One loaf- 12 slices

Preheat oven to 350*

Sift together dry ingredients in a large bowl.

Mix together wet ingredients in a separate bowl

Add wet ingredients to the dry and stir until just mixed- don't overmix, it'll make it tough.

pour into a loaf pan sprayed with non-fat cooking spray and bake for about an hour to an hour and ten minutes (until a toothpick comes out clean)
