Beef Salad

Ingredients
Chinese cabbageHerbsBeef steak (the best you can afford)Brown sugarFish sauce (preferably Vietnamese)Soy Sauce (preferably low salt)Lime Juice
Directions
Shake dressing ingredients in a screw-topped jar. (Add lime zest before juicing if you want an extra hit of lime!)

Mix greens.

Grill or pan fry steak to medium rare or preference.

Slice steak into long strips across the grain.

Mix dressing into greens (just before serving) and add meat on top and serve IMMEDIATELY.

Serve with a few herbs sprinkled on top (or pine nutes but add these separately).
