Egg, fresh, 1 large *Egg white, 2 largeCilantro, raw, 2 tspFresh Cuts Fresh Salsa, 2 tbsp Corn Tortilla (Soft Taco Size - brand Manny's), 1 serving Italian Four Cheese Blend - Lucerne Brand, 1/8 cup
Put 1 egg and 2 egg whites, beaten, in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Cook, stirring, until scrambled. Stir in 2 tsp. finely chopped fresh cilantro, top with 2 tbsp salsa and 1/8 c cheese. Spoon onto 1 warmed corn tortilla and roll up.
