Cauliflower Tofu Hash

Ingredients
1/2 large head Cauliflower,1 cup Trader Joe's Baked Thai Tofu2 stalks Celery1 clove Garlic 1 tsp Chili powder1 tsp Curry powder1 tbsp Olive Oil1 small red potatoe dash Pepperdash Salt
Directions
Heat olive oil in pan. Add chopped onions and saute until opaque. While cooking onions add curry powder and chili powder (or other spicy seasoning blend) to pan. Chop cailiflower florets into thin slices. Chop potato into very thin and small slices. Add both to pan with onions. Chop celery and garlic into small piences and add to pan. Chop tofu into small cubes and add to pan. Saute until califlower reaches desired tenderness. Enjoy!
