Ingredients
Milk, nonfat, 1.00 cup Salt, 1.00 tsp Vanilla Extract, 1.00 tsp Applesauce, sweetened, 0.50 cup Baking Powder, 3.00 tsp Honey, 0.25 cup Yellow Cornmeal, 1.00 cup Oat Bran, 1.00 cup Egg white, 1.00 serving Mix all ingredients together with a few strokes and pour into a 9x9x2 greased baking sheet.
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
