Macaroni and Cheese with Broccoli

Ingredients
8 oz Whole wheat Pasta4 oz Lowfat Sharp Cheddar Cheese1/4 Cup Fat Free Cottage Cheese2 Bunches of fresh Broccoli
Directions
Cook pasta according to package directions. And strain water from pasta.

While pasta is cooking steam broccoli until tender. When broccoli is steamed, break apart.

When pasta and broccoli is cooked combine in pasta pot and add both cheeses. Turn stove on low heat. Stir pasta mixture until cheese is melted. Once cheese is melted and mixed throughout pasta it is ready to serve.

This yields 6 one cup servings.
