5 4oz tilapia filets1/2 lb Ronzoni Spaghetti1/2 cup olive oil1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley1/3 cup chopped fresh mint leaves6 cloves garlic chopped1 lemon1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
in a small bowl combine olive oil, garlic, chopped parsely and mint. Boil spaghetti. While pasta is cooking, heat 1/3 olive oil mix in a large skillet over med high. Add zuchinni and cook until soft (10 minutes or so) When pasta is done, drain, reserving 1 cup cooking. Add pasta and liquid to zucchini. Sprinkle with cheese. Season fish with salt and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil (can use a bit from the parsley mix) and grill 3 mins per side over a med/high grill. Squeeze lemon over pasta and fish.
