Beetroot & Yoghurt dip

410g can of beetroot1 cup plain Greek yoghurt1 tsp Oregano1 tsp salt1 tsp black pepper
Directions
Pop the beetroot in a blender to chop it down then add the yoghurt, oregano, salt & pepper. Nice with chopped carrots!
