Crockpot Breakfast

Ingredients
30 oz frozen hashbrowns6 oz turkey bacon2 6.5 oz cans of mushrooms1/2 cup ff cheese1/4 cup chopped onion1/2 tsp pepper1/2 tsp salt8 egg whites4 eggs1/2 cup 1% milk
Directions
Layer ingredients in crock pot. Hashbrowns,mushrooms,onion and then cheese,2 layers, then put third layer of hashbrowns on top. Mix together eggs, milk, salt and pepper, and pour over top. Put crockpot on low setting, and cook 6-8 hours depending on crockpot.
