Ingredients
8 cups broccoli florets (small pieces)1 head cauliflower chopped up30 baby carrots slivered (2 cups)1/3 head red cabbage sliced in thin strips1/4 cup walnuts3 miniature boxes of raisins10 strips turkey bacon (chopped, cooked and cooled)2 cups apple cored and chopped3 packets weight watchers portion control shredded cheese1 yellow onion chopped2 cups grape or cherry tomatoes1 cup Vidalia Dressing (Ken's LITE brand)
Directions
Mix all ingredients together.
Makes 28 cups
Serve cold
