Ingredients
chop celery, celeryzucchiniolive oilcrushed tomatoesfresh tomatoscannellini beans
Directions
serves 8
chop celery, carrots and zucchini
sautee above in olive oil until soft
add the can of chopped tomato
seed the tomoato and chop
2 cup water
drain and rinse the cannellini beans then put into the soup
bring to a boil then simmer for 20-30 minutes
serve with Parmesan cheese sprinkled on top
